Refunds

Ask and you get one. It is a digital file — our reputation is worth more than your purchase. There is no window to argue about and no form to survive.

How to ask

Email [contact email] from the address on your account, or with your order details. [Describe expected response and processing time, e.g. within X business days.]

What happens

We refund through Stripe to your original payment method. The refund also switches the paid access back off — a refunded résumé locks again. We wrote the code that does that, and a test that proves it, so a refund is a real reversal, not a goodwill gesture that leaves the door open.

Your statutory rights
